My Azimut is docked behind my house in Fort Lauderdale and for sale by owner. She is in extremely nice condition and especially the inside looks like new as I never use it: The weather here makes it preferable to run her from the flybridge and once docked we spend time in the open, using the galley to store cold beverages only. This yacht is very well equipped with too many options to list, but besides all the electronic gear including GPS and auto pilots she has electronic throttle controls, a $30k option, allowing you to operate her with your fingertips only, making docking maneuvers a pleasure instead of a challenge, and with help of the bow thrusters even a hobby captain looks like he knows what he is doing:) The extendable gangway gives easy access to any dock once parked in a marina, and the oversized flybridge has a glass hatch to close off the stairs, and offers a 7’6 foot lounge next to the helm, seating for 14 and a full size dinner table. She has two staterooms with a separate bathroom each (shower, WC, sink), and the beds in the guest room are on tracks and can be pushed together to make one big bed or two single beds. She has a full kitchen with microwave and cook top, a fridge, separate wine cooler and ice compartment, two flatscreen TVs, three stereo systems, full electronics and throttles upstairs and downstairs, full canvas, teak wood around the gangways, teak Azimut chairs and pull out teak table on aft deck, and lots more available listed upon request, The optional Cummins turbo Diesel motors are quick and powerful, and give the yacht a top speed of almost 30 knots at just over 3000 rpm (850 hp combined). The yacht has 675 hours on the motors which, for your non yacht connoisseurs, is considered very low hours. The KOHLER generator supplies power for the three Air Conditioning zones and all other electric gear, and reads 698 hours (three cylinder Yanmar 4 cycle turbo diesel ). The decks are teak wood (recently treated) and so is the oversized swim platform. This boat is equipped with underwater lights, hydraulic galley and electric anker plus bow thrusters. Cruising speed for maximum fuel efficiency is 22 knots. The hull comes in graphite grey, which is a color reserved for 2013 model Azimuts but since the design has not changed post 2006 (this is the first year of the current model lines) she passes as a new yacht! Why pay a million if you can have the same fun for less than a third?! All Azimuts have a solid white hull until 2010. This hull is not painted but wrapped with a thin rubber film (like cars wrapped in designs and colors not available in stock). This film not only protects the hull from oxidation and damages, but also allows you to change color if you like to pass as a 2015 in light silver for a fraction of a paint job, which is known to fade at whatever side is exposed to sunlight when the yacht is docked, which is 99.99% of the time..
