Measured her today, with mast rotated down she is 18.33 feet so no problem getting her down the river.
This 2002 3 stateroom/2 head has spent its entire life on the Great Lakes. Spotless engine room with Man 13’s only showing 2100 hours. Onan 21.5 KW genny with 3100 hours.
Recent upgrades include but are not limited to:
New bridge canvas with poly and strataglass including a new cockpit sunshade. New bridge upholstery. All new flooring in cabin with synthetic in the salon and hallway and carpet in the staterooms. New Viking convection oven and I will install an air fryer in the space above. Galley includes two Sub Zero freezers and four Sub Zero refrigerators sink with disposal and three burner cooktop. Newly upholstered dinette seating with storage below. All stateroom mattresses are new as well as linens that have never been slept on.
This vessel is currently in the process of an electronics refit with all parts purchased waiting for install.Starting at the helm she has a beautiful full helm custom teak dash that will house two Garmin 8624’s, Garmin GHC-20 autopilot with remote, new Fusion, Moritz monitor, Sea 857 hailer and a Sea 157 VHF. All will be installed as soon as the teak dash gets her final coat of varnish. Currently installed as part of the refit is a Garmin GMR Fantom 256 open array radar, three RGBW underwater lights and a Airmar Transducer. To finish her refit she will get a new Garmin GSD 26 Chirp Sonar and a Garmin reactor autopilot. Additionally, I have a deposit on a Dockmate Red handheld control for her throttles and bow thruster. Buyer may elect to keep this on order at a cost of $10,000 or I can cancel. In addition to all this I have the following that can be included: Glendenning Electronic Controls with stainless steel Palm Beach levers with bow thruster controls on the tips as well as ZF trolling valves(not installed).
Mechanically she is sound as they come with all new batteries, fluids and filters.
Her ginormous cockpit features a Kenyon grill, built in cooler/freezer as well as a six foot Frigibar that is available for an additional cost.
Her Freedom Lift makes deploying and retrieving a dinghy a breeze compared to a davit on the bow.

Survey can be performed as long as temps are above freezing for 48 hours. The Man guru of the midwest gave her his blessing before I put it away for the winter. This boat will not disappoint the most discerning buyer.
