Birchwood Yachts are built in England. Her construction is at the level of highest yacht standards. The boat was build for the famous piano player comedian Victor Borge. In 1998, the twin inboard diesels were removed and replaced with two NEW CATERPILLAR FRESH WATER COOLED 800 HP MOTORS. Mr. Borge, wanted a higher turn of speed and the new engines produced a top speed more than 10 knots higher than the previous engines.. This vessel can cruise at 15 knots easily and has a top speed of over 27 knots.
