27 Ericson, 9’ beam, 3.5’ draft, fin keel, needs rigging, onboard motor needs repair, has main sail and winches, 5’ 10” of head room in cabin, 2 setties and a 1/4 berth. 1/4 berth needs cushion, currently being used as srtoarge. V berth is 5’ 11” with memory foam cushion. Very spacious, great for live aboard. With very minimal work you could be sailing to the Bahamas, The Great Loop, or wherever your imagination takes you!
