‘Miss Lois’ is a 23 foot Coronado sailboat, built in 1974. It is fiberglass construction. It is White with middle blue trim and a blue Water Line. The boat is a great day sailer and is in good condition. The Running lights work. It has a shoal Keel that draws 22”. The sails are in good condition and include a Main sail and a Genoa Jib. The sailboat was used all season and is currently still in the water at it’s slip. There is a small leak at one of the hull throughs which should be addressed by fiberglass patching when the boat is on dry storage. Winter storage has always been on the hard. Also, all cabin and cockpit cushions are in good shape. They are dark blue and we’re custom made 2018.
