This is your chance to be just the third owner of a well-maintained 1967 Boston Whaler 17 (16’7”). This baby does it all—fishing in the bay, skiing in the lake, and everything in between. You already know the Unsinkable Legend, but this is a seriously solid hull and has the original baby blue powder coat. My understanding from the first owner is this is the rare Currituck model, which was sold from 61-75 and started out with a mahogany bench seat and side console. Modified to a center console in the 80s for better visibility and repowered with a Mercury 80 two stroke at the same time. Motor ran strong last year but has been up for the winter. Powermaster 60 battery is less than four years old and kept on a trickle charger whenever the boat is out of the water. Always covered but she’s got a little wear and tear as you see in the pictures…we should all look so good after 51 years. She’s ready for the spring just like she is, or could be a great project boat for someone to restore to her full glory.

Custom console with compass and rod mounts
Reversible pilot seat
